Here’s our math (these numbers subject to change):

its a 2nd story (above the garage door)
From there we’re adding 20k per floor, and the addition of city views. I can confidently say that being above the skyline and further from the street is easily worth 40k over the lowest unit.
And 30k for the balcony/bonus east window for a total of $790k
2 years from the last sale, we feel the property could sell for $820k
but that’s all with broker fees built in. So adjusting for that, we have 50k to play with crazy right? So let’s play!
